Traffic Survival School is ordered by the Court or Motor Vehicle Division and MUST BE COMPLETED within sixty (60) days from the notice date on the corrective action notice letter. If it is not completed within the sixty (60) days, Arizona Motor Vehicle Department can suspend your driver's license until the class is completed and all fines are paid.

How to make an appointment for class?

  We will need the following information when you call to register: Your name, case number and phone number where you can be reached. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is confirmed . Or, feel free to register at www.azstatetss.org.

What will I need to bring to class?

You MUST bring your Motor Vehicle Division Corrective Action letter, Valid Identification, and fees of $160.00 which includes processing fees.
